Eligible products can only be exchanged within 10 days after the delivery date. We are pleased to offer exchange for your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 10 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. You can find the return policy of each product under the Shipping Info section of the product page.
Not all products are eligible for returns; many items are “Final Sale.” Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo & video of the damaged product with Original tag, Bar Code, Order number & Delivery Address within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once it qualifies our QC, we will arrange a pick-up of your received goods and shall dispatch your replacement order. Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) have been shipped to you.

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping however, in the off chance that you have received a damage product please notify us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
